农村唇腭裂患者心理健康状况调查研究

目的:了解农村成年唇腭裂患者的心理健康状况,为改善患者的心理健康状况提供理论依据。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对78名农村成年唇腭裂患者及50名农村正常成年人的心理健康状况进行评价。结果:农村成年唇腭裂患者SCL-90总分、阳性项目数及抑郁、焦虑和人际关系诸因子分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。其中唇裂(CL)、腭裂(CP)、唇腭裂(CLP)三亚组患者之间的心理健康状况差异无统计学意义。唇裂组不同性别之间在SCL-90总分、阳性项目数及抑郁、焦虑诸因子分存在差异,差异有统计学意义。治疗满意度与患者的心理健康状况显著相关。结论:农村成年唇腭裂患者的心理健康状况较差,对唇腭裂患者临床治疗的同时,要重视社会、心理等因素。

Study on Mental Health State of Rural Patients with Congenital Cleft Lip and/or Palate

Objective: To study the mental health in the rural adult patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate, and to provide evidences for improving the mental health in patients. Methods: The mental health was evaluated in 78 rural adult patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate and 50 controls. The assessment used Symptom Checklist 90. Results: The patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate were reported significant higher scores of Symptom Checklist 90 than the controls in many aspects such as the general sores, number of positive items, depression, anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity (P<0.05). There was no difference between the subgroups. Significant differences were found in different sexual patients with cleft lip in some aspects such as the general sores, number of positive items, depression and anxiety (P<0.05). There was significant relativity between cure satisfaction and mental health. Conclusion: The mental health in the rural adult patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate is rather poor. It is necessary to think much of psychological and social factors as well as clinical treatment to these patients.
