肠内营养综合治疗对小儿慢性腹泻病合并蛋白质-热能营养不良疗效的观察

目的了解肠内营养综合疗法在治疗小儿慢性腹泻病合并蛋白质一热能营养不良的疗效。并总结其护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结30例小儿慢性腹泻病合并蛋白质一热能营养不良患儿在实施肠内营养综合治疗过程中的护理经过，并观察其腹泻治疗结果和止泻时间。结果30例慢性腹泻病合并蛋白质一热能营养不良患儿，其腹泻治疗结果为：显效12例（40．O％）、有效8例（26．7％）和无效10例（33-3％），总有效率（显效率和有效率之和）为67．7％。患儿腹泻止泻时间为6—12d，平均（9．0±5．0）d。结论在积极纠正水、电解质酸碱平衡紊乱的同时采用肠内营养，可提高慢性腹泻病合并蛋白质-热能营养不良患儿疾病的治愈率；做好鼻肠管的护理是肠内营养成功实施的关键。

Observation on effect of enteral nutrition therapy on children with chronic diarrhea and protein-energy maluntrition

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition therapy on chronic diarrhea, and then summarize its nursing method. Method The process of enteral nutrition therapy and nursing on 30 children patients who were diagnosed with chronie diarrhea and protein-energy malnutrition were reviewed and the effect of treatment and the time to stop diarrhea were observed. Results The therapeutic results were markedly effective in 12 patients （40.0%）, mildly effective in 8 patients （26.7%）, and were invalid in 10 patients （33.3%）. The effectiveness rate was 67.7 %. Symptom of diarrhea disappeared 6 to 12 days after treatment, averaging 9.0 ± 5.0 days. Conclusions Enteral nutrition is beneficial to children＇s recovery when liquid treatment was actively taken as a precaution. A good care on nasal tube is crucial to enteral nutrition treatment.
