摘    要:目的识别、评价和预测瓶级聚酯建设项目在生产过程中可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法与工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有粉尘、乙二醇、对苯二甲酸、噪声、高温等。类比企业粉尘、毒物(乙二醇、对苯二甲酸等)检测浓度均符合国家职业接触限值,粉尘c。。范围为0.6—4.6mg/m3,乙二醇C明EL范围为1.4—2.2mg/m3,对苯二甲酸CSTEL范围为0.66—0.67mg/m3;对12个接触噪声的工种进行了噪声等效声级测定,12个工种的作业工人接触的8h等效声级均符合职业接触限值的规定。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,如能认真落实拟采取的各种职业病危害因素防护措施及本评价报告中所提出的补充控制措施,从职业卫生防护角度分析该项目是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To predict occupational hazards for the dimethylacetamide device and analyze critical control points. Methods The methods of analogy, expe rienee and checklist were applied for identifying occupational haz- ards. Results The possible occupational hazards in the project were dust, ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid ,noise and high temperature. The concentrations of dust and poisons including ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, in the analogy enterprise met the national occupational exposure limits, CTWA for dust was 0. 6 - 4. 6 mg/m3 , CSl~L for ethylene glycol was 1.4 - 2. 2 mg/m3 , CSTEL for terephthalic acid was 0.66 - 0.67 mg/m3. Noise equivalent sound level of twelve jobs was inspected, LEx,sh noise intensities of twelve were lower than occupational exposure limits. Conclusion It is a serious occupational haz- ard project. From the view of occupational health, the project is feasible on the basis of seriously implementing protective measures and supplementary control measures in the report.
