心肌酶谱在新生儿窒息心肌损害上的临床意义分析及治疗体会

摘    要:目的探讨心肌酶谱检查对新生儿窒息心肌损伤的诊断价值。方法将我院90例窒息新生儿分为重度窒息组,轻度窒息组,选择同期出生在本院产科无窒息正常足月新生儿为对照组,检测3组患儿的心肌酶谱。结果经过测定,窒息患儿的LDH、HBDH、CK、CK-MB显著高于对照组患儿,轻度窒息组患儿的LDH、HBDH、CK、CK-MB显著高于重度窒息组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论窒息新生儿心肌酶谱明显改变,且与窒息程度相关,心肌酶谱测定能够反映新生儿窒息后心肌损害、程度,对新生儿窒息心肌损害的早期诊断与干预有重要临床意义。尤其CK-MB可作为窒息心肌损害的早期、灵敏、特异的重要诊断指标。

Abstract:Objective Discuss myocardial enzyme examination in neonatal asphyxia diagnosis of myocardial injury.Methods 90 cases of neonatal asphyxia was severe asphyxia sub-group,mild asphyxia group in our hospital,selected hospital maternity normal full-term newborns without asphyxia as the control group in the same period,detected three groups of children myocardial enzymes.Results Asphyxia sub-group children LDH,HBDH,CK,CK-MB were significantly higher than control group’s,severe asphyxia group children LDH,HBDH,CK,CK-MB were significantly higher than severe asphyxia group’s,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Neonates asphyxia children myocardial enzyme has significant changes,and the degree associated with asphyxia,can reflect myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia and degree.
