早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术56例分析

早期胃癌的手术治疗，效果较好，文献资料五年治愈率在８０～９０％左右。为进一步提高早期胃癌的手术治愈率，对早期胃癌采用根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术，使三、五年治愈提高到１００％，效果良好，并对提高本组病人治愈因素进行分析。

The Analysis of 56 Cases of Early Gastric Cancer Performed Mode-Ⅱ Radical Operation Combined with the Subtotal Excision of Curvatura Veutriculi Minor

It was reported that the 5-year cure rate for early gastric cancer treated with surgery was 80-90%. This group of cases of early gastric cancer were performed mode-Ⅱ radical operation combined with the subtotal excision of curvature veutriculi and preventive chemotherapy. The results demonstrated that the 3-5year curative ratio was raised to 100%, and a good effect was obtained. It was emphasized that the excision of minute carcinoma emboli and foci and predilection site of carcinoma, combined with the postoperative preventive chemotherapy, was the major factors to increase the cure rate of this group of cases.
