| 摘 要： | 本文报道１９９１年９月至１９９２年９月采用高剂量率后装腔内近距离放疗结合体外放射治疗２０例直肠腺癌的近期疗效。完全缓解（ＣＲ）４例（４／２０，２０％），部分缓解（ＰＲ）７例（７／２０，３５％），微效（ＭＲ）６例（６／２０，３０％），稳定（Ｓ）２例（２／２０，１０％），进展（Ｐ）１例（１／２０，５％）．近期并发症轻微，远期反应及并发症尚待进一步随访观察。

| Abstract: | From September 1991 to September 1992,twenty cases of cytopathological confirmed inoperable reatal cancer were treated with high dose rate intraluminal brachy therapy combined with external radotherapy. The effects were measured according to the standard of WHO. In 20 patientsthere was CR in 4,PR in 7;the short term effective (CR PR) was 55% (11/20). No severe complications but acute radiation rectitis was observed,and none of those cases had been interupted inthe whole cycle of treatment. The survey of renote therapeutic effects are under the way. |
