针吸细胞学与针吸组织学联合诊断AFP阴性和低度阳性肝癌

本文报道４７例ＡＦＰ阴性和低度阳性ＰＨＣ，采用内径较大的９号针经皮穿刺一次吸取法，同时作细胞学与组织学检查，两者对照观察，使全组一次检出率达９７．９％，总的正确率为１００％。为防止穿刺并发症，作者对穿刺针作了改进，并提出了防止瘤细胞沿针道扩散的几点措施。

Needle Aspiration Cytologic and Histopathoiogic CO-Diagnosis of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma(PHC) with Negative and Low Grade Positive AFP

This article reported 47 cases of PHC with negative and low grade positive AFP.Once hepatic aspiration was performed percutaneously with a bigger inside diameter N.9.In the same time,the aspirated material was examined cytologically and histopathogically.By correlative observation of all these cases,positive diagnosis in once aspiration reached 97.7%.The overall rate of accuracy in this series was 100%.For the prevention of the complications,the author improved the structure of the puncture needle and offered some procedures to avoid the dispersion of cancer cells along the puncture route.
