| 摘 要： | 本文报告了临床少见的肺原发恶性纤维组织细胞瘤4例。临床表现都有痰中带血。手术检查肿瘤外侵不明显，全部根治性切除，术后3例在1年内发生转移死亡。说明本瘤恶性程度很高，多术前即已发生血行转移。术后应及早给予化疗。

| Abstract: | The article reports 4 cases with malignant fibrous histocytoma of the lung. This diseas is rare. The cases all had episodic blood-sneaking of the sputum. Direct extension of the tumous wasn't obvious according to the thoracotomy. The tumours all were given radical resection. Three cases among them died from metastasis in one year after operation. It had shown that this tumour has a malignant highly. Most or them have happened hematogenous spread before operation. The chemotherapy should be given early after operation. |
