| 摘 要： | 本文收集了我院１９８７年至１９９２间有临床表现而ＣＴ扫描阴性，又综合其它检查确诊的２１例颅内转移瘤。通过分析ＣＴ扫描阴性的原因，评价ＣＴ对颅内转移瘤的诊断价值，总结诊断颅内转移瘤的教训和体会。
