多原发性恶性肿瘤168例临床分析

本文报告我院近１５年中收治多原发性癌瘤１６８例，占同期恶性肿瘤的０．６６％，发病率较国外为低。第二原发癌发生于３年内者占５２．１１％，刚好是第一癌治疗后出现复发或转移较多的时间，故在随访中应加以鉴别，因两者的处理和预后有原则上区别。本文对多原发癌的发病机理在个体易感性、机体免疫缺陷、接受过放射治疗、外源性致癌因素和遗传因素等方面进行探讨。

The Multiple Primary Malignancy -Clinical Analysis or 168 cases

This Paper reports 168 cases of multiple primary malignant tumors cured in ZheHang TumorHospital within 15 years, these cases account for 0. 66% of total malignant tumors cases in thesame Pened, and the rate was lower than the resultS of outcountry's reports. The cases that thesecond primary malignancies occured within 3 years account for 52. 11 %, it is the Period that therecurrancy and metastasis appear more frequently after the treatments of the primary cancer, sothese cases should be critically identified in the follew- up, for the treatments and the prognOSis ofthese two different situations are principlly different. The etiopathology of the multiple primarymalignancy, including individual sensitives, immuno-deficient, radiotherapy, carcinogenic factorsand inherent factors, and so on, are discussed in this paper.
