| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨辨证培哚普利配合中药治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）并发肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法：采用随机分组对照的原则，对照组用培哚普利，维生素E胶丸，治疗组用上述西药的同时，按中医辨证加服中药。2个月为一个疗程，观察24h 尿蛋白（Pro)排泄量，尿溶菌酶（Lyso)，动脉(MAP)和肾小球滤过率的变化，结果：治疗组在减少24h Pro排泄量，降低尿Lyso的含量，提高GFR均显优于对照组（P＝0．001，＝0．002，＝0．007）。结论：培哚普利配合中药是治疗NIDDM并发DN的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinic effect of Chinese traditional herb combined with Perindopril in treating Diabetic Nephropathy caused by NIDDM. Methods: 70 cases were divided into two groups randomly, Perindopril and vitmine E were used in both groups. Furthermore, Chinese traditional herb was used in treatment group according to different syndrome typing. After 2 months , treating , we observed the change of 24 hours , urinauy excretive rate, urinary Lyso , MAP , and GFR . Results : In treatment grop , the depressing of 24 hours , urinary excretive rate, decreasing of urinary Lyso, enhancing of GFR were more significant compared with control group. Conclusion: Chinese traditional herb combined with Perindopril was effect in treating Diabetic Nephropathy caused by NIDDM |
