老年脑梗死患者睡眠节律紊乱的护理干预研究

目的：研究老年脑梗死患者睡眠觉醒节律紊乱的护理对策。方法：将64例出现睡眠节律紊乱的脑梗死患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组通过实施护理援助措施，干扰白天的活动，强化夜间睡眠，建立家庭支持等方法对患者进行规律化睡眠训练；对照组进行常规治疗。对两组的睡眠时间、夜醒次数、再入眠时间等指标进行对照研究。结果：实验组逐渐恢复正常睡眠，对照组则无明显改善，经统计学分析两组有显著性差异。结论：实施计划性的护理干预措施是治疗脑梗死睡眠障碍的有效护理方法。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Sleeping Rhythm Derangement in Senile Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract: ObjeCtive To study the nursing strategy for sleeping rhythm derangement in senile pa-tients with cerebral infarction. Methods 64 patients with cerebral infarction who had sleepingrhythm derangement were randomized into study group and control group. Patients in the studygroup received regular sleep training by taking nursing aid measures, providing sleep disturbing ac-tions at daytime,strengthening sleep in the night and establishing family support. Patients in thecontrol group were treated routinely. The following indexes were compared between the twogroups:sleeping time, frequency of awaking during the night, and time gap between awaking andfalling asleep again. ReSults Patients of the study group resumed normal sleep gradually,whilepatients in the control group showed no significant change in sleeping behavior, the difference be-tween the two groups was significant. Conclusion Well-planned nursing intervention is helpful incorrecting deranged sleeping rhythm in patients with cerebral infarction.
