摘    要:目的预防和控制某超市餐饮区集中空调通风系统可能出现的健康危害因素。方法对施工设计进行卫生审查,现场调查周围环境状况,开展危害因素监测,对获得资料数据进行分析,并依据卫生标准做出评价。结果某超市餐饮区集中空调通风系统设计温度参数依据标准不正确;空调制冷设计不能满足夏季冷负荷要求;送风前缺少净化消毒装置,不符合卫生要求。环境危害因素监测指标均符合标准要求,适合建设项目选址定点建设。结论建议全面考虑超市餐饮区服务特点,优化集中空调通风系统设计,保证公共场所环境卫生安全。

Abstract:Objective To prevent and control the health risk factors in central ventilation and air-conditioning systems in dining area of a supermarket.Methods The contents of hygienic checkup on the construction and design,field investigation on surroundings and risk factors inspection were carried out,data was collected and analyzed to evaluate based on hygienic standards.Results Reference standards for temperature parameters design was not correct on central ventilation and air-conditioning systems in dining area of the supermarket.Air conditioning refrigeration design didn’t meet summer cooling load requirements,and lacked purification and disinfection equipments before ventilator,which both fell short of health requirements.Environmental hazards monitoring indicators were in line with standards,adaptable to site designated construction for the construction projects.Conclusion In order to ensure environmental health safety in public places,it is suggested that services specialty of dining area of a supermarket should be entirely considered,and central ventilation and air-conditioning systems design should be optimized.
