| 摘 要： | 大黄性寒,味苦,据《本草纲目》记载:"主下痢赤白,里急腹痛,小便淋沥,实热燥结,潮热谵语,黄疸,诸火疮"。大黄有泻下攻积,清热泻火,凉血解毒,逐瘀通络的功效,但很少有古文献直接记载大黄有止呕的作用。然张仲景在《金匮要略》中提到用以大黄为君药治疗"食入即吐者"。本文通过对中西医以大黄主治疗呕吐诸症的临床研究进行综合分析,探寻大黄止呕的机理,为临床治疗提供一点借鉴。

| Abstract: | Rhubarb was cold,the taste was bitter,according to the "Compendium of Materia Medica" recorded,rhubarb had the function of Xiexia Gongji,Qingre Xiehuo,LiangxieJiedu and Zhuyu Tongluo,but few literature recorded it had antiemetic effect.However,"Golden Chamber" recorded it could treat vomiting.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis to explore the mechanism of rhubarb antiemetic and provide experience for clinical. |
