摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维关节分离重建在枢椎齿状突骨折中的诊断价值。方法 2008年5月至2011年12月间本院57例应用多层螺旋CT扫描C1~C7获得原始轴位图像,经CT机先进的后处理技术行多平面重建(MPR)和容积再现技术VR),然后对VR图像行关节分离去掉环椎,保留枢椎及齿状突。结果 57例齿状突骨折中轴位象和MPR发现54例,57例三维关节分离重建VR图像均发现有骨折。结论多层螺旋CT三维关节分离重建图像能清晰、直观地显示齿状突骨折情况,对高位颈椎外伤具有重要的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional joint reconstruction in the diagnosis of odontoid process fracture.Methods in 2008 May to 2011 December in our hospital 57 cases of application of multilayer spiral CT scanning C1~C7 obtained the original axial image,the CT advanced postprocessing technique of multiple planar reconstruction(MPR) and volume rendering techniques VR),and then on the VR image line joint separation to remove the ring axis odontoid vertebral,and retention.Results Of 57 patients with odontoid fracture axis as and MPR was found in 51 cases,57 cases of three-dimensional joint reconstruction of VR images were found to have fracture.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional joint separation reconstructed images can clear,intuitive display of odontoid fractures,of the high cervical spine trauma has important value in the diagnosis.
