多层螺旋CT后处理成像技术在埋伏牙诊断中的应用

摘    要:[背景]探讨多层螺旋CT扫描后多平面重建、曲面重建和三维容积遮盖重建在埋伏牙诊断及治疗中的应用价值.[病理报告]给22例40颗埋伏牙行三维容积重建、多平面重建和曲面重建.结果显示,三维重建图像、多层面重建和曲面重建图像可直观、准确地显示埋伏牙的形态、位置、萌出方向及与周围组织的关系.[讨论]多层螺旋CT后处理技术对埋伏牙的正畸和手术均有较高的应用价值.

Abstract:BACKGROUND To study the clinical value of multiplannar reformation,curved plane reconstruction and shaded volume rendering technology of spiral CT in locating impacted teeth. CASE REPORTS Forty multiple impacted teeth of 22 cases were examined with spiral CT. All cases received multiplannar reformation,curved plane reconstruction and shaded volume rendering. The reconstruction image could clearly display the shape,location and eruption orientation of the impacted teeth. DISCUSSION He post processing original image technique by MSCT can provide valuable diagnostic and anatomic information of the impacted teeth.
