利用旋转培养箱进行快速血培养及细菌鉴定

目的:寻找一种快速而准确的血培养及细菌鉴定方法,为临床及时诊断提供科学依据。方法:在增菌培养基中加入氯化-235三苯基四氮唑(TTC)琥珀酸并利用旋转培养箱进行血液增菌;直接从阳性瓶中提取菌体,在加大生化鉴定管底物浓度和接种菌量的情况下进行生化鉴定。结果:血增菌培养显示阳性时间最早为4 h,90%以上的阳性标本能在24 h内呈现阳性反应。呈现阳性反应后大部分革兰阴性杆菌能在4 h内鉴定到种。结论:利用旋转培养箱进行血培养和细菌鉴定可缩短细菌培养和鉴定时间。

Utilize Revolving Culture Box to Obtain a Rapid System for Blood Cultures and Bacteria Identification

Objective To develop a rapid and accurate system for blood cultures and bacteria identification,and to provide scientific evidence for clinic timely diagnosis and treat.Methods 2,3,5-trihenylterzolium chloride(TTC) and Polygeline were added to culture medium for blood bacteria increasing by using revolving culture box.Distill bacteria directly from positive blood culture bottle,increasing the concentration of the reactive substrate in the bacterial biochemical tube and the quantity of the inclusion bacteria at the same time,get the biochemical identification.Results The time of positive blood cultures in the revolving culture box was significantly shorter comparing with original box,the shortest time was 4-5 hours.Positive reaction was obtained in 90 percent of positive samples in 24 hours.And after positive reaction,most of gram-negative bacterium were identified in 4 hours.Conclusion Utilizing revolving culture box,a rapid system is obtained in blood cultures and bacteria identification.
