Orem自理理论在全膝关节置换病人家庭康复中的应用

目的]探讨Orem自理理论在全膝关节置换病人家庭康复中应用的有效性,为病人掌握更好的自我护理技巧提供护理措施.方法]选择2005年1月-2007年1月行全膝关节置换术后出院病人46例,分为观察组和对照组各23例,观察组采用自行设计的问卷进行分析,运用Orem自理理论进行指导,帮助病人制定康复训练计划,然后与对照组病人进行效果比较.结果]运用Orem自理理论进行指导6个月后,现察组病人自我护理能力明显增强,并发症减少,提高了生活质量.结论]Orem自理理论指导在全膝关节置换家庭康复中应用具有可行性.

Application of Orem self-care theory in family rehabilitation of patients after undergoing total knee replacement

Objective: To probe into the efficacy of Orem self-care theory in family rehabilitation of patients after undergoing total knee replacement, so as to provide some nursing measures for patients to grasp self-care skills better. Methods: A total of 46 patients discharged after undergoing total knee replacement from January in 2005 to January in 2007 were divided into test and control group and 23 cases in each group. They were investigated by filling out self-designed questionnaire and guided by adopting Orem self-care theory. Patients of test group were help to make rehabilitation training plan. Then effects of both control and test group cases were compared with each other. Results: After instructing patients by applying Orem self-care theory for six months, the self-care ability of patients was enhanced, and complications of them were decreased. And quality of life of patients was improved. Conclusion: Instruction with Orem self-care theory is effective for family rehabilitation of patients after undergoing total knee replacement.
