颈部肿块的超声误诊分析

目的 探讨颈部肿块超声误诊原因。方法 收集超声误诊而经手术病理证实的６例颈部肿块病例，由超声及头颈科医师共同分析超声表现及临床资料。结果 １例神经鞘瘤误诊为淋巴结结核，１例锁骨上转移性肿块误诊为甲状腺癌，２例颈动脉体瘤分别误诊为颈部转移灶及神经纤维瘤，１例淋巴瘤误诊为颈部转移灶，１例淋巴结结结核误诊为颈部转移灶。结论 颈部肿块病种多样，超声医师应在熟悉各病超声表现的基础上，结合临床表现全面分析，抓

Ultrasonic misdiagnosis of neck mass

Objective To research for the reasons of ultrasonic imaging misdiagnosis of neck mass. Methods Six cases of neck masses with ultrasonic imaging were confirmed by operation and pathological examination.The imaging and clinical data were reviewed by neck and ultrasonic doctors. Results A neurilemmoma was diagnosed as tuberculous lymphadenitis,a neck metastatic carcinoma was diagnosed as thyroid carcinoma,two carotid body tumors were respectively diagnosed as neck metastatic carcinoma and neurofibroma,and a lymphoma and tuberculous lymphadenoma was diagnosed as neck metasatatic carcinomas. Conclusion There are many kinds of neck masses.To reduce ultrasonic misdiagnosis of neck mass,the utrasonic imaging of the disease should be mastered,combined with the clinical data to make a comprehensive diagnosis on the basis of the main ultrasonic imaging features.
