肺心病急性发作期肝功能损害242例临床分析

目的 :探讨肺心病急性发作期肝功能状况。方法 :对 2 4 2例肺心病急性发作期患者肝功能进行检测。结果 :肺心病急性发作期约 30 %患者存在不同程度肝功能损害 ,约1 3%患者肝功能衰竭 ,各项指标分别为 :ALT62 .0± 91 .9U/L,AST77.5± 1 5 6.5 U/L,TBIL 1 7.3± 1 5 .5 μmol/L,DBIL 6.5 8± 8.60 μmol/L,TP63.8± 7.76g/L,Alb34.6± 5 .78g/L,A/G1 .2 5± 0 .37,TBA1 5 .6± 1 8.62 μmol/L,各项指标异常检出率由高至低依次为A/G74.4%、Alb48.8%、AST34.8%、TP30 .1 %、ALT2 8.9%、DBIL2 8.6%、TBIL2 7.7%、TBA2 2 .7%。结论 :肺心病急性发作期在加强原发病治疗同时 ,积极进行肝功能监测 ,并予以保肝治疗具有重要意义

Clinical analysis of the damage of liver function in the acute attack stage period of pulmonary heart disease(an analysis of 242 cases)

Objective:To investigate the liver condition in patients with cor pulmonale in acute aggravating period. Methods:Eight indexes of liver function were measured in 242 patients with cor pulmonale in the acute aggravating period. Results:Liver damage was observed in about 30% patients and about 13% cases existed liver failure,in the acute attack stage of cor pulmonale.Serum average concentration of liver function index were ALT 62.0 ±91.9U/L,AST 77.5±156.5U/L,TBIL 17.3±15.5umol/L,DBIL 6.58±8.60umol/L,TP 63.8±7.76g/L,Alb 34.6±5.78g/L,A/G 1.25±0.37,TBA 15.6±18.62μmol/L ,the detection rate for anormal index was A/G74.4%?Alb 48.8%?AST34.8%?TP30.1%?ALT 28.9%?DBIL28.6%?TBIL27.7%?TBA22.7%.Conclusion:In the acute aggravating period of cor pulmonale ,monitoring and protecting liver function have important value in addition to enhancing the original diseases therapy.
