空调环境中豚鼠红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:通过动物实验研究空调环境中红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)的变化,为探讨空调环境对红细胞变形性改变的机制提供实验依据。方法:将豚鼠分为实验组和对照组,对照组(12只):豚鼠在通风房间中自由饮水和进食;实验组(12只):豚鼠在温度为22℃空调房间内饲养。15天后,用心脏穿刺法采集两组豚鼠血液5ml,肝素抗凝,制备红细胞膜。检测红细胞膜MDA的含量以及Na+-K+-ATP酶、SOD、GSH-PX的活力。结果:空调环境中豚鼠的红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、SOD、GSH-PX活力比对照组显著下降(P<0.01),MDA的含量比对照组显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:空调环境中红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、SOD、GSH-PX活力下降、MDA含量增加,因而红细胞变形力降低。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the Changes of air-conditioning environment on erythrocyte membrane Na~ + -K~ + -ATPase、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px of guinea pig,offering an evidence for studying the erythrocyte deformability in air-conditioning environment.Method: Guinea pigs were divided into experimental group and control group.Control group: the guinea pigs were fed in a well ventilated room with water and diet.Experimental group: the guinea pigs were fed in an air-conditioning room in which the temperature is 22℃.Fifteen days later,sampled 5 ml blood from each guinea pig by puncturing the heart,using heparin sodium as an anticoagulant.Separated the erythrocyte and prepared the erythrocyte membrane.Detected the activities of Na~ + -K~ + -ATPase、SOD、GSH-Px and the content of MDA of the erythrocyte membrane.Results: Compared with the results of the control group,the level of MDA in experimental group increased significantly (P<0.01) and the activities of Na~ + -K~ + -ATPase、SOD、GSH-Px of the erythrocyte membrane reduced significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion: The air-conditioning environment can change the level of erythrocyte membrane Na~ + -K~ + -ATPase、SOD、MDA 、GSH-Px and influence the erythrocyte deformability.
