左利手与右利手儿童智力特点的对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨左利手和右利手儿童的智力特点,以发现各自的优势及潜能,从而有针对性地因材施教、因势利导,适时地确定其培养和发展的方向。方法根据左、右利手的诊断标准,从4所小学1~5年级学生中筛选出右利手(RH)儿童100名,左利手(LH)儿童100名。选用自行设计的家庭问卷、联合型瑞文测试(CRT)、韦氏儿童智力测试量表中国版(DISC-CR)分别对左、右利手儿童的日常行为、智商、能力进行调查及测试,并对比两组的测试结果。结果左利手组与右利手组儿童的语言智商和操作智商间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05),而二者的总智商间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论大脑功能具有单侧化优势的特点,这种单侧化优势可以影响到儿童的智力及个性发育,不同利手儿童大脑的优势半球不同,左利手儿童右脑发达,空间思维占优势;右利手儿童左脑发达,语言思维占优势。对不同利手的儿童可因势利导,充分发挥各自的优势。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the intelligent features of the left handness(LH)children and the right handness(RH)children,to find out it's predominance and potential respectively,so as to the different children could be trained according to their characteristics and their future developing plan could be recommended.Methods 100 LH children and 100 RH children were enrolled into the study according to the diagnostic criteria in four primary schools,from grade one to grade five.The daily behavior,intelligence quotient and the performance ability were investigated according to the family questionnaire,CRT and DISC-CR,then the investigating results in two groups were compared.Results The PIQ was significantly higher in LH children than that in RH children(P<0.05).The VIQ was significantly lower in LH children than that in RH children(P<0.05).The same total IQ were found in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The IQ and personality of children could be affected by the unilateral specialization of the brain.The LH children have a developed right half brain,with a predominant space thought.The RH children have a developed left half brain,with a predominant language ability.The fitting trainings and the developing plans should be given to the different handness children.
