| 摘 要： | 目的 观察分析超声波治疗仪治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法 采用超声波治疗仪治疗脑梗塞 70例 ,并选基础治疗 70例脑梗塞做对照组 ,疗程为 2周后观察神经功能改善及经颅多普勒 (TCD)的变化。结果 治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,TCD血流速度改变差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 脑梗塞基础治疗上辅助超声波治疗可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of cerebral infarction treatment by ultrasonic. Methods 70 patients were treated by ultrasonic instrument, another 70 patients were generally treated as control group.Clinical symptom and the results of TCD were investigated two weeks later.Results The clinic symptom of treatment group was significantly improved than that of control(P<0.01),the blood velocity measured by TCD was obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding the ultrasonic treatment on the basic treatment of cerebral infarction can improve the clinic symptom. |
