| 摘 要： | 目的 采用AET方法对石油工业中的部分工种进行分析,揭示各工种存在的职业紧张因素,为进一步探讨职业紧张对劳动者的健康和工作能力的影响,有针对性的采取和实施干预措施,改善劳动条件,保护和促进劳动者的健康和工作能力,为提高石油工业劳动生产的管理对策提供科学依据.方法 选择新疆石油管理局所属单位的122个作业工种进行AET分析,并采用系统聚类方法对各工种进行分类,分类过程用树形图来表示.结果 当分界值在14～15之间时,石油系统中的122个工种被分成12个具有较大内在相似性的聚类组.石油工业不同聚类组中都具有较多的职业紧张因素,其中钻井类最多,高达20个.结论 石油工业中不同生产部门的作业性质、劳动环境和劳动组织及劳动需求有较为突出的行业特点.石油野外作业多、工作流动性大、工时、工序变化多、不利的气象条件、机械化程度高、体力负荷大,责任心强等因素均为石油工人的高强度的紧张来源.
