摘 要: | 目的:对五个苦参主产地的药材的有害元素及农药残留进行对比考察。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法、气相色谱法对有害元素及农药残留进行考察。结果:重金属不超过百万分之二十;本品含铅、汞、砷、镉、铜应分别小于或等于5.0、0.2、2.0、0.3、6.0ppm;农药残留量中有机氯农药残留量小于或等于0.1ppm。

Abstract: | Objective: To carry out the contrast investigation of kusheng medicinal Material produced in five different main habits.Methods: To test the harmful elements and residue by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and vapor-phase chromatography.Results: The heavy metals not exceed 20ppm, and Pb, HG, As、Cd、Cu exist in the kushen medicinal material should not exceed 5.0, 0.2, 2.0, 0.3, 6.0ppm, respectively. and organochlorine in pesticide residue should not exceed 0.1ppm. |
