胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷的超声诊断分析

摘    要:目的探讨产前常规超声检查对胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷的临床应用价值.方法对经引产或产后证实的47例胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷的声像图特征进行回顾性分析.结果产前超声诊断47例,其中无脑儿17例,无脑儿合并脊柱裂、裂腹畸形5例,脑积水18例,脑膜脑膨出3例,Dandy-Walker伴小下颌畸形2例,开放性脊柱裂2例.24例合并羊水过多.胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷,各具典型声像图特征.结论超声检查安全可靠、实用快捷,对胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷确诊率高,是产前筛查胎儿中枢神经系统缺陷的可靠方法.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application of ultrasonic examination as a routine check of defection in fetus central nerve system.Methods Imaging feature of the defection in 47 fetus central nerve system were analyzed retrospectively. Results Before birth the 47 cases with defection in fetus central never system were examined by uhrasonie diagnosis, and each showed typical imaging feature. Among these cases,there were 17 cases without brains;5 cases without brains combined with spine crack,ventral lacuna and monstrosity; 18 cases with water on the brain;3 eases with meninges bulging;2 eases with Dandy-Walker and mandible monstrosity;and 2 eases with open spine crack. Condusions Ultrasonic examination of defection in fetus central nerve system is safe, liable, practical and quick and secures the diagnosis rote. It is a reliable method in checking defection in fetus central nerve system before birth.
