| 摘 要： | 目的探讨声学造影在诊断肺动静脉瘘中的价值。方法回顾性分析2000—2005年8例肺动静脉瘘患者的超声表现（其中6例经手术证实，2例因临床症状较轻，暂未行手术治疗，8例均行UFCT检查）。结果经左上肢／下肢行右心声学造影，4例在右心显影10余个心动周期后左心显影；1例于右心显影5-6个心动周期后左心显影，另3侧于2-3个心动周期后左心即显影。结论超声诊断肺动-静脉瘘，声学造影起决定性作用，为诊断本病的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the applicational value of contrast ultrasonography diagnosis of pulmonary arteriovenous fistular(PAVF).Methods: 8 cases with PAVF(proved by operation and UFCT) were analysed with contrast ultrasonography.Results:After intervention contrast media by left,4 cases began after 2~3 cardiac cycles.One appeared after 5~6 cardiac cycles and the other three were more ten cardiac cycles.Conculsion:Contrast ultrasonography is the first choice of the methods in pulmonary arteriovenous fistular. |
