摘    要:目的比较不同品种天花粉样品中瓜氨酸的含量。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法测定天花粉中瓜氨酸的含量。以正丁醇-无水乙醇-冰醋酸-水(8∶2∶5∶3)为展开剂,以1%茚三酮试液显色,于扫描波长λS=500nm、背景波长λR=700nm下进行扫描测定。结果不同品种天花粉样品瓜氨酸含量有明显差异。4个样品中瓜氨酸的含量从高到低顺序为:6号雌性样品>6号雄性样品>4号雄性样品>亳州本地样品。结论雌性样品中瓜氨酸的含量较雄性样品高,但是其根较为细小、产量低而其地上部分瓜蒌子具有较好的效益,综合其经济价值及质量分析,6号雄性样品质量较优。

Abstract:Objective To compare the contents of citrulline in different Radix Trichosanthis samples.Methods The contents of citrulline in different Radix Trichosanthis samples were measured by dual-wavelength thin layer scanning.Measurement was performed at a scanning wavelength(λS) of 500 nm and a reference wavelength(λR) of 700 nm,using n-butanol-anhydrous ethanol-glacial acetic acid-water(8∶2∶5∶3) as a developing solvent and 1% ninhydrin as a chromogenic agent.Results The contents of citrulline in different Radix Trichosanthis samples were significantly different.The citrulline content was highest inNo.6 female sample,followed by No.6 male sample,No.4 male sample,and Bozhou local sample.Conclusion The content of citrulline in female samples is higher than that in male samples,but the female samples have small root sizes and low yields,and their aboveground part,Semen Trichosanthis,has good economic benefit.Given the economic value and quality,No.6 male sample is the best.
