不同程度OSAHS危险因素的相关性研究

目的分析不同程度OSAHS患者的危险因素与睡眠呼吸参数的相关性,方法通过多导睡眠监测检查符合OS-AHS诊断标准的患者163例,按照病情严重程度进行分组,将各测量指标与睡眠呼吸参数进行相关性分析。结果重度OSAHS的主要危险因素是口咽腔横截面积、鼻咽腔横截面积、颈围、体重指数(P<0.05),中度OSAHS的AHI、LSaO2、TS90%与颈围、体重指数有一定相关性(P<0.05),轻度OSAHS患者AHI、LSaO2、TS90%与各测量指标均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论中重度OSAHS患者口咽腔横截面积、鼻咽腔横截面积、颈围、腰围、体重指数可以作为临床对OSAHS病人评价病情的良好指标。

The related research of the influential factors of the different levels of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To compare the dependablities of the parameters of respiratory disturbance with the risk factors.And then to confirm what is the closed influential factor of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea.Method Selected 163 cases confirmed as obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea by PSG.And divided them in to three teams according to the different levels.The correlations of the parameters of respiratory disturbance with every factor were compared.Results The major influential factors of the severer obstructive sleep apnea-hyndrome syndrome patients were the cross sectional area of the pharyngo-oral part,the pharyngonasal part,body mass index,the neck circumference(P<0.05);Among the midrange obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients,the LSaO2 and TS90% had no significant correlation with the cross sectional area of the pharyngo-oral part(P<0.05);apnea hypopnea index(AHI),LSaO2 and TS90% had no correlation with every index(P>0.05).Conclusion The cross sectional area of the pharyngo-oral part is a more sensitive and ideal index to evaluate the midrange and severe obstructive sleep apnea-hyperpnoea patients.
