乳腺癌组织中BCSG1和Ki67的表达与临床意义

目的探讨乳腺癌特异基因(BCSG1)、增殖细胞核抗原(Ki67)的表达与临床病理因素的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测62例乳腺癌组织中BCSG1、Ki67的表达,并与临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果在62例乳腺癌中,BCSG1的阳性表达率为69.35%,与淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);Ki67的阳性表达率为61.29%,与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);BCSG1与Ki67的共同表达与乳腺癌淋巴转移、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),且二者共同表达呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 BCSG1、Ki67的阳性表达可以作为乳腺癌发生、发展及侵袭转移的评价指标,二者的同时高表达对判断乳腺癌患者的预后更有意义。

Expression and clinical significances of BCSG1 and Ki67 protein in the breast cancer tissues

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of BCSG1 and Ki67 in primary breast cancer tissues.Methods The expressions of BCSG1 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 62 cases of breast cancer tissues,and the correlation analysis between the expressions of the two factors and clinical pathological factors was performed.Results The positive rates of BCSG1 and Ki67 were 69.35% and 61.29%,respectively in 62 cases of breast cancer tissues.The expression of BCSG1 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P0.05）,so was the expression of Ki67（P0.05）.Furthermore the co-expression of BCSG1 and Ki67 was also positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P0.05）,moreover,the expression of BCSG1 was positively related with that of Ki67.Conclusion The positive expression of BCSG1 and Ki67 can be used as the index for evaluating the pathogenesis,development,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,and the overexpression of both factors has an important significance in evaluating the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
