乳腺癌中MMP-7和E-cad表达水平及意义

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)和钙黏附素-E(E-cad)在乳腺导管原位癌和浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测MMP-7和E-cad在25例乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)、68例浸润性导管癌(IDC)和17例正常乳腺组织(Control)中的表达,并进行相关分析。结果与对照组比较,MMP-7在乳腺导管原位癌和浸润性导管癌中的表达显著增高(P<0.05);而E-cad的表达明显减低(P<0.05),且MMP-7与E-cad间无相关关系(χ2=0.00,P=1.00);MMP-7及E-cad均与乳腺癌肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-7和E-cad与乳腺导管原位癌和浸润性导管癌的发生发展相关。

The expression and significance of MMP-7 and E-cad proteins in breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of matrix metallo-proteinases-7(MMP-7) and E-cadherin(E-cad) proteins in breast ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) and infiltrating duct carcinoma(IDC).Methods The expressions of MMP-7 and E-cad proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 25 cases of DCIS tissues,68 cases of IDC tissues and 17 cases of normal breast tissues(control group),and the correlation among them was analyzed.Results As compared with that in control group,the positive rate of MMP-7 expression was significantly increased in DCIS(84.00%) and IDC(83.82%)(P<0.05),however,the positive rate of E-cad expression was 88.00% and 80.88%,respectively,which was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no correlation between MMP-7 and E-cad(P<0.05).Howerver,the expressions of VEGF and MMP-7 were closely correlated with the differentiation degree and,TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis of breast carcinoma.Conclusion MMP-7 and E-cad are correlated with the pathogenesis and progression of breast ductal carcinoma in situ and infiltrating duct carcinoma.
