摘    要:目的探讨ICU重症老年患者的呼吸机肺炎病原的耐药性以及预防措施。方法对我院收治的438例ICU重症老年VAP患者进行病原学分析以及病原菌耐药性分析。结果本组患者中共培养出病原菌512株,革兰阴性菌为主,在革兰阴性菌中以铜绿假单胞菌以及嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌为主,革兰阳性菌主要以溶血葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌为主,真菌主要以白色假丝酵母菌为主;病原菌对氨苄西林、头孢噻肟等普遍耐药,而对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦等具有良好的敏感性。结论老年重症ICU患者VAP感染其主要以革兰阴性菌为主,其对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦具有良好的药敏性,其做可作为VAP感染的经验用药

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drug resistance and precautionary measures analysis of the severe ventilator pneumonia pathogen in elderly patients in ICU.Methods 438 patients with VAP were given Etiological analysis and pathogen resistance analysis.Results It cultivated 512 pathogens,and the most were Gram-negative bacteria.Most gram-negative bacteria were pseudomonas aeruginosa and stenotrophomonas oligotrophic aeromonas,and most gram-positive bacteria were haemolyticus staphylococcus and staphylococcus.The pathogenic bacteria had resistance to Ampicil and cefotaxime,and good sensitivity to cepoperazon and sulbactam.Conclusions The VAP infection of elderly patients in ICU is mainly caused by gram-negative bacteria,which has good drug sensitivity to cepoperazon and sulbactam.
