AECOPD患者血浆BNP水平及其临床意义

目的通过观察不同严重程度AECOPD患者血浆BNP水平变化,探讨其临床意义。方法 83例AECOPD患者按其严重程度分为四组,测定其血浆BNP值及肺动脉收缩压,分别对比各组之间血浆BNP值及肺动脉收缩压的变化。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组BNP水平两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组及Ⅳ组BNP水平各组之间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺动脉收缩压的比较也有类似结果。结论 BNP可作为判断COPD病情严重程度的一个重要指标,BNP水平还反映肺动脉高压的程度。

Clinical significance of plasma BNP levels in patients with AECOPD

Objective To observe the changes of BNP levels in different stages of AECOPD and the clinical significance.Methods 83 patients with AECOPD were divided into four groups.The plasma level of BNP and pulmonary artery systolic pressure were detected and compared among the four groups.Results There was no significant difference between Ⅰand Ⅱ group(P>0.05) in plasma level of BNP.The differences among Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ group of BNP levels were existed(all P<0.05).Similar results were found in the pulmonary artery systolic pressures.Conclusion BNP levels gradually increases with the aggravation of AECOPD,and BNP levels can be used as an important index for the degree of illness severity and they also reflected the degree of pulmonary hypertension.
