脑脊液置换并鞘内注射治疗重症结核性脑膜炎97例疗效观察

目的观察脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗重症结核性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法对97例重症结核性脑膜炎患者在常规抗痨治疗基础上予以脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗。结果 93例治疗后脑脊液检查有明显好转或正常,头部MRI检查病灶有吸收好转,67例治愈,26例好转,1例出院,1例死亡,2例转入外院,临床治疗效果满意。结论脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗明显提高重症结核性脑膜炎的临床治愈率,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation of effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection on severe tubercucous meningitis in 97 cases

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection on severe tuberculous meningitis.Methods 97 patients of tuberculous meningitis received CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection based on routine anti-tuberculosis treament.Results After treatment,cerebrospinal fluid examination obviously improved or turned to normal,lesions by head MRI were absorbed at different extent.67 cases were cured,26 cases improved,1 cases discharged,1 cases died,2 cases turn to other hospitals,and the total clinical curative effects were satisfaction.Conclusions Cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection is an effective and safe method in treatment of severe tuberculous meningitis with rapidly reducing intracranial pressure,making cerebrospinal fluid return to normal in short-term,improving symptoms,signs,and the prognosis,and significantly improving the clinical cure rate.
