子痫前期患者胎盘组织中KiSS-1与IGF-Ⅱ的表达

目的:探讨KiSS-1与IGF-Ⅱ在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达。方法:采用SP法对轻、重度子痫前期组40例和正常妊娠组25例的胎盘组织进行KiSS-1和IGF-Ⅱ的免疫组化染色,观察各组KiSS-1和IGF-Ⅱ的定位、分布和表达量的差异。结果:KiSS-1在轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组胎盘中的表达量均高于正常妊娠组,P值分别为P<0.05(P=0.019)和P<0.01。IGF-II在轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组中的表达量均低于正常妊娠组,P值分别为P<0.05(P=0.022)和P<0.01。KiSS-1在胎盘的表达量与新生儿体重呈负相关,r为-0.902(P<0.01);IGF-Ⅱ在胎盘的表达量与新生儿体重呈正相关,r为0.870(P<0.01)。结论:KiSS-1和IGF-Ⅱ在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中表达异常,可能与子痫前期的发病及发展有关。

Study on expression of KiSS - 1 and IGF - Ⅱ in placenta of pregnant women with pre - eclampsia

Objective:To evaluate expression of KiSS-1 and IGF-II in placenta of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was employed on two groups of pre-eclampsia(PE)(40 cases in total) and control group(25 cases) to show the location,distribution and quantity of KiSS-1 and IGF-II.Results:The quantity of KiSS-1 in mild and serious group of PE was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05 and P< 0.01,respectively).The quantity of IGF-II in mild and serious group of PE was significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).The expression level of KiSS-1 was negatively correlated with neonatal birth weight significantly,Pearson coefficient was-0.902(P<0.01).The expression level of IGF-II was positively correlated with neonatal birth weight significantly,Pearson coefficient was 0.870(P<0.01).Conclusion:Abnormal expression of KiSS-1 and IGF-II in the placenta of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia may influence pathogenesis or sequelate of pre-eclampsia.
