| 摘 要： | 目的进一步了解儿童住院患者出现情绪障碍的个性特点。方法采用艾森克人格问卷（少年）对４６例情绪障碍患儿及５０例对照组者进行对照研究。结果观察组Ｅ量表均分低于对照组，经统计学处理差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），观察组Ｎ量表均分高于对照组，经统计学处理差异亦有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），两组Ｐ、Ｌ量表相比，经统计学分析，差异无显著性。住院患者出现情绪障碍者性格为内向及不稳定型。结论儿童内向个性及不稳定个性发生情绪障碍机率明显高于性格外向及稳定个性者，对情绪障碍儿童应早期给予心理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To further analyse personality features of hospitalized children with emotional
disorders. Methods A control study was carried out between 46 children with various
emotional disorders (ED group) and 50 emotionally normal children (control group) by using
Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (Junior). Results The ED group has a lower average score
in Escale (P<0.01),a higher one in Nscale (P<0.05),than the control group,while no significant
difference was seen in P or L scale in both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Our data suggested
that children with introvert, unstable personality are more susceptible with emotional
disorders than those with extrovert, stable personality. Preliminary psychological
intervention should thus be administered. |
