| 摘 要： | 本文报告38例颅内胆脂瘤,总结了其CT表现,认为除胆脂瘤特征性的均匀低密度病灶,边缘光滑整齐,周围无水肿,增强后无强化等表现外,还可见到易引起误诊的其他CT表现:如密度混杂,增强后边缘强化等以及其癌变的可能,并结合有关文献的复习,对其进行分析,最后对其鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The CY findings of 38 cases of intracranial epidermoid cyst were analyzed. The characteristic CT appearance of thd epidermoid cyst is a homogeneous lesion of low density, with well defined and smooth margins , and no edema around the tumor, no enhaeement with contrast material, etc. Besides, the tumor may show other CT findings, such as, inhomogeneous density, rim enhancement and the possibility of malignant change in the epidermoid cyst, etc. The literature was reviewed and the differential diagnosis of the intracranial epidermoid cyst was discussed. |
