分级护理实施服务项目标准的初步研究

目的在临床实践的基础上建立一套较为完善的分级护理实施的服务项目标准,为临床护士提供工作规范,为护理管理者评估及分析分级护理的实施提供参考依据。方法先采用文献分析法、访谈法初步确定实施项目,后通过德尔菲法对其进行专家咨询。结果经过专家咨询后确立了分级护理实施的服务项目,其中特级护理、一级护理(患者生活完全不能自理、部分自理)、二级护理(患者生活部分自理、完全自理)、三级护理实施的重点略有不同。结论初步形成了分级护理实施的服务项目标准。

A Preliminary Study of Establishing A Service Standard for The Implementation of Grading Nursing

Objective To establish a more complete service standard for the implementation of grading nursing on the basis of clinical practice.The system would work as a working standard for clinical nurses,a reference basis for nursing managers to evaluate and analyse the implementation of the grading nursing.Methods A preliminary standard system was built by literature analysis,expert interviews,and using Delphi method to further modify.Results After consulting with experts,a service standard for the implementation of grading nursing had be established,including the critical care、 primary care（daily life cannot be completely or just partially provided by patients themselves）、Secondary treatment（patients’ life can be partially cared by themselves,or needn’t any help） and the three-level nursing,but they have different key.Conclusion We had built a service standard for the implementation of grading nursing.
