局部应用维生素C治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡的临床观察

目的分析局部使用维生素C治疗角膜溃疡、角膜炎的效果如何。方法选择60例角膜溃疡、角膜炎患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组不局部使用维生素C治疗,观察组使用维生素C进行治疗,然后比较对照组与观察组患者的情况如何。结果对组组有14例痊愈,观察组有23例痊愈;观察组的起效时间是2～4d。结论对于角膜溃疡、角膜炎患者局部使用维生素C治疗能够促进愈合,但是在球结膜下注射维生素C的时候较为刺激,所以需要联合使用局部麻醉药。

Topical Vitamin C Treatment of Keratitis Corneal Ulcer Clinical Observation

Objective To analyse the local use of vitamin C treatment of corneal ulcer,what is the impact of keratitis.Methods Choose sixty cases of corneal ulcer,keratitis patients,the random divided into two groups： control group（no local use of vitamin C treatment,observation group use of vitamin C treatment,and then compared with control group to observe how patients.Results The way of 14 cases of recovery,the observation group have 23 cases healed;Observation group work time is 2 to 4 days.Conclusion For corneal ulcer,keratitis patients local use of vitamin C treatment can promote healing,but in the conjunctival injection of vitamin C is when stimulating,so need to use a combination of local anesthetics.
