EP9-A2对两种发光免疫分析法的一致性分析

摘    要:目的对EP9-A2法在微粒子化学发光免疫分析法和电化学发光免疫分析法的一致性研究中的应用情况进行分析探讨。方法抽取在2011年3月至2013年3月间我院收集的血清标本63份,对其采取微粒子化学发光免疫分析法和电化学发光免疫分析法对IgE水平进行检测,而后采取EP9-A2法并对检测结果一致性进行分析。结果微粒子化学发光免疫分析法和电化学发光免疫分析法的检测结果存在显著线性关系,结果偏差在允许范围内。结论 EP9-A2法在微粒子化学发光免疫分析法和电化学发光免疫分析法的一致性研究中具有重要价值,值得关注。

Abstract:Objective To explore the EP9-A2 method application in Luminescent lmmunoassay immunoassay method and electrochemical luminescence uniformity of particle chemical. Methods 63 serum specimens were collected in our hospital in 2011 extracted March -2013 year in March, take the microparticle ehemiluminescent immunoassay immunoassay and chemiluminescence detection of IgE levels on them, and then adopt EP9-A2 method and consistency analysis of test results. Results The microparticle chemiluminescent immunoassay detection method and eleetrochemiluminescence immunoassay results significantly linear relationship, the deviation of the result within the allowable range. Conclusion EP9-A2 has important value in the microparticle chemiluminescence immunoassay method and electrochemical luminescence consistency study, worthy of attention.
