泛酸和B族维生素对口腔溃疡治疗的疗效分析

目的观察分析泛酸和B族维生素对口腔溃疡治疗的临床疗效,总结其临床用药价值。方法选取我院2010年4月至2012年4月口腔溃疡的患者96例,按照数字表随机抽取法分为A、B、C三组,各有32例,A组使用泛酸和B族维生素联合治疗,B组单独使用泛酸治疗,C组单独使用B族维生素治疗,观察对比三组临床疗效。结果 A组治疗总有效率为96.9%(31/32),B组治疗总有效率为71.9%(23/32),C组治疗总有效率为78.2%(25/32),A组疗效明显优于B、C组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;三组患者皆无明显不良反应出现。结论泛酸和B族维生素联合使用口腔溃疡治疗的临床疗效显著,分别比单独使用泛酸和B族维生素治疗占有明显优势,无不良反应,安全可靠,值得临床合理推广。

Pantothenic Acid and B Vitamins Analysis of the Efficacy of the Treatment of Mouth Ulcers

Objective To observe the analysis of pantothenic acid and B vitamins on the clinical efficacy of the treatment of oral ulcers,to summarize clinical drug value.Methods Our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 oral ulcers in 96 patients,randomly selected method in accordance with the digital table is divided into three groups A,B,C,each with 32 cases of group A pantothenic acid and B vitamins combination therapy,B group alone pantothenic acid treatment the C group separate treatment of B vitamins,observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the three groups.Results A group therapy total effective rate of 96.9%（31/32）,B group treatment the total effective rate was 71.9 %（23/32） C treatment group the total effective rate was 78.2%（25/32） A group efficacy significantly better than B and C group（P0.05）,with a statistically significant;three groups of patients were no significant adverse reactions.Clinical efficacy Conclusion pantothenic acid and B vitamins used in combination treatment of oral ulcers significant than pantothenic acid and B vitamins treatment used alone occupies a distinct advantage,no adverse reactions,safe and reliable,promotion worth Clinical reasonable.
