地塞米松治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的疗效分析

目的探讨地塞米松治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2012年12月80例重症病毒性脑炎患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,两组均给予抗病毒、降颅压脱水、解痉降温、维持水电解质平衡等常规综合治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用大剂量地塞米松。观察两组患儿临床症状和体征改善情况、药物不良反应及住院时间。结果两组患儿临床症状和体征恢复正常时间、住院时间、临床治疗总有效率比较差异明显,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生比较无明显差异,P>0.05。结论在小儿病毒性脑炎早期适当给予大剂量、短疗程地塞米松治疗疗效满意,缩短了患儿治疗时间,提高治愈率,具有重要的临床价值。

Curative Effect Analysis of Dexamethasone in Treating Pediatric Severe Viral Encephalitis

Objective To investigate the treatment of severe viral encephalitis dexamethasone pediatric clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Choose from January 2012 - December 2012 in 80 cases of children with viral encephalitis, random divided into observation group and control group, two groups were given antiviral, drop cranial pressure dehydration, spasmolysis cooling, maintain water electrolyte balance conventional treatment, and on this basis, the observation group and patients with large dose dexamethasone. Two groups of children to observe clinical signs and symptoms improve the situation, the adverse drug reaction and length of hospital stay. Results Two groups of patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs back to normal time, length of hospital stay, the total effective rate of clinical treatment comparison difference obvious, P〈 0.05. Two groups of adverse reactions take place is no obvious difference, P〉 0.05. Conclusion In infantile viral encephalitis early appropriate give big dose, short period of treatment with dexamethasone curative effect, shorten the treatment time, improve the cure rate of children, and has important clinical value.
