探讨护理干预对妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床效果

目的观察分析进行护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者80例,随机抽样分观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组联合常规护理和特定的护理干预。整理分析患者顺产率、剖宫产率、低出生体质量儿出生率以及先兆子痫发病率。结果所有患者均顺利分娩,观察组的剖宫产率、低出生体质量儿出生率以及先兆子痫发病率相对于对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者,在常规护理基础上实施特定的护理干预,减轻妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的先兆子痫、宫缩乏力等并发症的发生,利于妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的转归,提高母婴生存质量。

Clinical Effect of Discusses the Nursing Intervention in Patients with Gestational Hypertension Disease

Objective To observe the analysis hypertensive disorders in pregnancy nursing intervention in patients with the clinical effect.Methods Select our hypertensive disorders in pregnancy patients were 80 cases,random sampling points observation group and control group,each group of each forty cases.Implementation of the control group routine nursing,the observation group joint routine care and specific nursing intervention.Through the analysis eutocia ratio,cesarean section rate,low birth body quality son birth rate and incidence of preeclampsia.Results All the patients were successfully deliver,observation group of cesarean section rate,low birth body quality son birth rate and incidence of pre-eclampsia compared to control group significantly,difference have statistical significance.Conclusion Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy patients,in conventional nursing implementation based on specific nursing intervention,reduce hypertensive disorders in pregnancy the beginning of the pregnant women,children,such as the lack Jian contractions complications,which will help hypertensive disorders in pregnancy pregnant outcome,improve the vowel quality of life.
