血液肿瘤患者的心理学调查及心理干预

目的观察心理护理干预对血液肿瘤患者心理状态的影响.方法93例血液肿瘤患者随机分为研究组和对照组,2组患者均在入院后接受心理学调查（SAS,SDS）,研究组除接受常规治疗及化疗外,还给予心理支持疗法;对照组不予心理支持.结果2组患者入院初SAS、SDS均无显著差异.经心理干预后,研究组SAS、SDS标准分明显减低,而对照组则无明显变化.2组比较存在明显差异（P＜0.05）有统计学意义.结论血液肿瘤患者给予心理护理干预有助于消除焦虑和抑郁的心理.

Psychological investigation and nursing on Patients with Hematological Tumor

Objective To observe the influence of psychological nursing on patients with hematological tumor.Methods 93 patients with hematological tumor were divided randomly into research group and control group and the patients in two groups were received psychological investigation(SAS and SDS).The patients in research group were given routine treatment and chemical therapy and psychological support;meanwhile,control group were given routine treatment and chemical therapy,but without psychological support.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between two groups when they admitted in the hospital.After receiving treatment for 6 weeks,standard score of SAS and SDS of research group were decreased obviously but that of control group had no remarkable change.There is a significant difference in standard score of SAS and SDS between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with hematological tumor,psychological nursing can be helpful to eliminate their anxiety and depression.
