| 摘 要： | 目的:研究建瓴汤对实验高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗脂质过氧化的影响。方法:取雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分成正常对照组,模型对照组和建瓴汤组,降脂灵片组及辛伐他汀组5组,每组12只,各组动物给予不同处理,进行生化检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平、MDA含量、SOD活力。结果:建瓴汤能显著降低实验性肝肾阴虚高脂血症大鼠血中的TC、TG水平,提高血清SOD活性,降低MDA含量,显著降低LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平。结论:建瓴汤具有降脂和抗脂质过氧化作用。
