手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征

【目的】探讨腺样体和（或）扁桃体切除术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效。【方法】阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）患儿42例均在全麻下行腺样体和（或）扁桃体切除术，术后6个月至1年行多导睡眠监测。【结果】术后患儿均未出现感染、出血、急性呼吸道阻塞等并发症，术后睡眠打鼾、张口呼吸、遗尿症状均有明显改善。疗效评估，治愈24例（57．14％），显效12例（28．57％），有效6例（14．29％），无效0例。【结论】腺样体和（或）扁桃体切除术治疗儿童OSAHS效果良好。

Adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy for treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy for treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） [Methods] Forty - two children with OSAHS underwent the adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy under general anesthesia . Preoperative and postoperative （6 to 12months later） parameters of polysomnograph were compared. The follow - up period was 6 to 12 months. [Results] Neither infection nor bleeding or postoperative acute obstruction occurred in all children. Snoring , anischuria and open - mouth breathing were all markedly improved. Patients showed cured in 24 cases （57.14%）, greatly improved in 12 cases （28.57%）, improved in 6 cases （14.29%） , and failed in 0 case. [Conclusions] adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy was an effective treatment for pediatric OSAHS.
