| 摘 要： | 目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效.方法 将84例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例.治疗组用通心络胶囊治疗,对照组用银杏叶片治疗.4周后,观察临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标、血脂的变化.结果 治疗4周后治疗组临床疗效显效率为85.71％,优于对照组的66.67％(P＜0.05),血液流变学指标及血脂变化与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 通心络胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期患者疗效好,能明显改善血液流变学指标,并有调脂作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorheology,blood lipid in cerebral infarction at recovery stage.Methods Eighty-four patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage were divided into two groups:Treatment group(n=42) treated by Tongxinluo capsule group and control group(n=42) treated by Gingko leaf tablets for four weeks.Hemorheology,blood lipid and the clinical effect were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 85.71% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(66.67%,P<0.05).There were significantly differences in the hemorheology,blood lipid in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule was effective for treatment of the cerebral infarction at recovery stage,and improved hemorheology and blood lipid. |
