| 摘 要： | 目的:采用针药结合的方法以提高脑卒中引起的假性球麻痹临床治疗的有效率。方法:对80例脑卒中后的假性球麻痹患者采用针药结合治疗2周后,进行疗效评定。结果:总有效率97.5%,无一例发生吸入性肺炎和营养不良。讨论:血府逐瘀汤治疗能提高脑卒中后的假性球麻痹的临床有效率,减少并发症并提高患者的生活质量。

Treating pseudobulbar palsy by acupuncture plus medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the clinical efficiency in treating pseudobulbar palsy caused by stroke.Methods: 80 cases were treated by acupuncture plus medicine,evaluating the efficacy 2 weeks later.Results: The total efficacy was 97.5%,no case occurred aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition.Conclusion: Xuefu Zuyu decoction could improve the clinical efficacy in treating pseudobulbar palsy caused by stroke,reduce complications and improve patients’ quality of life. |
