| 摘 要： | 目的：报告4例吸毒所致感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗。方法：浅低温体外循环下行三尖瓣赘生物切除、DeVega术3例，二尖瓣赘生物摘除、瓣膜置我术1例。结果：4例病人均痊愈出院。结论：吸毒所致感染性心脏瓣膜赘生物、瓣膜损伤必需尽早手术治疗，损坏瓣膜尽量修复保留。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of infective endocarditis in drug addicts. Methods:In this of 4 cases,3 patents underwent DeVega. 1 pattent underwent mitral valve replacement.Results: All patients were alive and discharge. Conclusion:Surgical therapy for intractable infective endocarditis in drug addicts can completely eradicate lesions and correct the associated hemodynamic derangement. |
