重型颅脑损伤36例临床分析

目的：总结重型颅脑损伤患者的救治方法及经验。方法：对我科收治的36例GCS评分在3～8分的重度颅脑损伤患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：36例患者手术治疗23例,非手术治疗13例;共存活26例,死亡10例。结论：重型颅脑损伤患者病情重,变化快而且并发症多,选择有效的治疗方法,保持内坏境稳定,可改善患者的预后,减少并发症及后遗症的发生,促进患者临床康复。

Clinical analysis of 37 cases with severe traumatic brain injury

Objective：To summarize the treating experience and methods of the severe craniocerebral injury. Methods：To retrospectively analyze 36 cases whose GCS grade in between 3 to 8. Results：In 36 cases,23 cases were treated by operation,13 cases were treated by non-operation,26 cases were survived,10 cases died. Conclusion：To select the effective methods and maintain the stability of inner-circumstance could improve the survival rate,reduce the complication and sequelaes,and accelerate the rehabilitation.
